CMA Event Refund Policy

For policy regarding cancellation / refunds for CMA's main conference in June, see separate policy here.

For all other events...

Where notice of cancellation is received more than 28 days prior to the start of the event, a full refund will be issued.

Where notice of cancellation is received less than 21 days prior, but more than 4 days (96 hours) prior to the start of the event, a refund, less administration cost, will be issued. The administration cost is calculated as follows:

  - $15 per delegate for events where the member price is less than $85
  - $40 per delegate for events where the member price is $85 or more.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 96 hours of the start time of the event. Another delegate may attend instead, so long as they meet any eligibility criteria for the event. (So if you have registered for a CEO only event, you can't ask someone who is not a CEO to take your place if you need to withdraw).
