Gary Williams |

| Gary has spent his life in Christian ministry. After time at Cornerstone Community, Youth for Christ, and university, he spent eight years as Associate Pastor (Administration & Community Care) at Southport Church of Christ in QLD, where the idea for CMA took shape. In 2001 he left the church to establish CMA, and has been CMA's National Director since its inception. He has a Bachelor of Education, and a Master of Business (Philanthropy and Nonprofit Studies) from QUT in Brisbane. He lives on Tamborine Mountain with his wife Debbie, and two children, Abby (16) and Landon (14). He attends his local Presbyterian church. |

Ray Walker |

| Ray has extensive experience in the Christian sector. After 25 years in tourism and hospitality, he spent eight years as National Operations Manager for World Vision Australia, followed by senior leadership positions at Sports Chaplaincy Australia, Focus on the Family Australia, RTK Corporate and Festival Victoria with Franklin Graham 2005. Most recently, Ray has been Development Manager at Evangelical Alliance, where he got to understand and appreciate the ministry of CMA, and in 2009 he moved across to take his current position at CMA. His earlier career included several years playing AFL with the Western Bulldogs, and commentating on ABC radio. He lives in Melbourne and worships at St Edwards’ Anglican in Blackburn South with his wife Beverley. Ray has two children and five grandchildren. Other ministry interests includes CBMA, (Christian Businessmen Australia) and Sports Chaplaincy Australia. |

Debbie Williams |

| Debbie is the wife of Gary, the National Director. Debbie's 'pre-children' life included various clerical positions, a two-year term on the Doulos with OM, and a youth ministry internship with Scripture Union. Debbie left the full time workforce when Abby (now 16) and Landon (now 14) came along, and now she provides some part time assistance for Gary in the CMA Office in QLD. |

Denise Potter Coates |
| Conference & Exhibition Manager |

| Denise is contracted to CMA on a seasonal basis, to look after many aspects of our conference and exhibition. Denise was the person responsible for running the Christian Resources Exhibition in Sydney for several years at Olympic Park, and has considerable experience with Christian organisations, and in the meetings, conference and exhibition industry. She attends St Peter's Anglican Church in Ocean Grove (Geelong), where she and her husband Graham live. |
