Conference Updates
   
   
Inclusions
1. Conference rates do NOT include accommodation. A booking form for accommodation at the conference hotel (Gold Coast International) can be downloaded here, but you may also wish to compare this rate to online rates which vary, and may be cheaper.
2. The Tuesday evening Conference Dinner is included in the price for Main Conference, Tuesday Only, Full Conference and Young Leaders.
Young Leaders
3. The 'Young Leaders' price is subsidised by CMA in a genuine attempt to make the conference more accessible to young and emerging leaders.
4. The 'Young Leaders' price only applies to the two days of the main conference. There is no extra discount for the Monday, and single-day bookings will incur the regular (non-discounted) price.
Dates, Deadlines and Refunds
5. To receive early-bird rates, payment must be received by midnight on Friday, 30 April.
6. Refunds, less a $50 administration fee, will be issued if a written request is received by April 30. After April 30, cancellations will incur a 50% fee, and after 21 May no refunds will be issued.
Group Bookings
7. For group bookings, one free registration will be provided with every four paid bookings.
Website Security
8. When you arrive at the payment page (Screen 3), the page is SSL secured and your credit card details are secure and encrypted. This can be seen by the security certificate displayed on the page, and the SSL padlock which appears in the address bar.
9. Payments are processed offline, not in real time. This allows us to verify things such as your membership status, and attend to any queries, before your card is charged.
Member Rates
10. Member means paid-up individual or organisational members of CMA. Member pricing applies to the paid staff and board members of CMA Organisational members. Member pricing does not extend to interstate or regional offices of member organisations, unless a multi-site membership exists.
