Faithful 2016 Conference
From the CMA National Director
Conference Brochure
As Christian leaders, we ultimately serve for an audience of One. It might be nice to be applauded, or thanked, or respected by our colleagues, our congregation or our peers, but when the final results are in, it is GOD’s voice we long to hear:

WELL DONE, GOOD AND FAITHFUL SERVANT! YOU HAVE BEEN FAITHFUL WITH A FEW THINGS; I WILL PUT YOU IN CHARGE OF MANY THINGS...” (Matthew 25: 21)
FAITHFUL is the theme of CMA’s 2016 conference, and I invite you to join us and hundreds of your peers at Sea World on the Gold Coast as we explore the issue of faithful ministry.

CMA 2016 brings together a faculty of over 40 Christian practitioners and experts to help you lead, govern and manage your church or ministry, in what has become Australia’s premiere professional development event for ministry. This year’s conference will see the launch of the CMA Standards Council, led by Stephen Kerr – an accreditation service building faith and trust in Christian ministries. You will also hear from Paul Arnott as we begin to unfold the Fourth Quarter – a ministry that asks this important question: ‘Have you considered that the fourth quarter of your life may just be the culmination of everything God has been preparing you for?’

Every year, the delegate feedback tells us that the networking at the CMA conference is second-to-none. With a unique mix of church, ministry, and Christian business leaders, making life-long connections is just one of the outcomes of attending. And whether you are a board member, a CEO, or a staff member in a Christian organisation, you’ll find plenty among our 50+ sessions that will equip, inspire and develop you for faithful Christian service.
Please visit www.cma.net.au/conference for the full program including electives covering executive leadership, fundraising, board governance, ministry staffing, tax / finance / legal, communications, PR and much more!

I hope you may be able to join us - please register today! (Early bird pricing applies until May 6th)

Comments from 2015 Conference Delegates

As a first timer to this conference and needing to understand important structures behind making disciples, this conference is a non negotiable for me from now on.

I highly recommend the CMA conference. It's a great opportunity for christian leaders and business people to come together and be engaged with one another as well as have access to some great speakers.

The CMA Conferences are proving consistently to scratch where churches/missions/organizations are itching - or should be! Great mix of professionalism and spiritual application. Highly recommended for all who want to do things better and biblically.

A truly exceptional Christian management conference with abundant blessings.

CMA conferences offer the right mix of Church, Mission and Business, allowing you to learn from a variety of inspirational leaders in their respective fields.

CMA 2014 was a great learning and networking experience for me. I found myself having a spiritual checkup too, which was unexpected, but welcome.

This was one of the best conferences that I've ever attended. It was of a very high quality and very well organised.

The CMA conference was a valuable time to both pause and reflect on my personal ministry and to benefit from hearing the stories and God-given wisdom of others. Overall a very worthwhile investment.

CMA conference provides a superb opportunity for not-to-be-missed ministry leader professional development. The diverse range of subject matter presented in its plenary sessions and electives by presenters with significant hands-on experience is both thought provoking and enriching.

A great conference again, with so many key areas of leadership development, management and strategic outcomes discussed and developed. A time of challenge, encouragement and equipping. The speakers and resources available will directly benefit our ministries and church management

Given the costs associated with time away from the office a conference has to offer some thing special to be considered. CMA does that, and then some.
