The Halftime movement was founded in 1998 by Bob Buford in the USA, following on from the huge success of his book of the same title. Halftime is now launching in Australia, and CMA is pleased to be working with Halftime Australia to facilitate these launch events around the country. We are privliged to have Lloyd Reeb, the primary spokesperson for Halftime USA, to be our special guest speaker at these events.
Halftime is a Christian ministry with a focus on the transition from Success to Significance. It is about the realisation among marketplace leaders that outward 'success', as defined by the world's standards, is not a satisfactory destination. Halftime encourages those who have been successful in the first half of their lives, to re-orient their focus towards second-half significance.
